Click on the Wireless signal on the top right corner of your task bar.

Select csu-net and select the Automatic Mode.

Enter your NetID and password and click Join. 

Verify that you are connected. 


If you are unable to connect or get an authentication error, please follow the steps below:



  • Check that you are using your NetID and password
    • Verify that they are correct by following this link. Select Modify Your Information and Show My Information 
  • Forget the network
    • Click on the Wireless signal on the top right corner of your task bar
    • Select Open Network Preferences and Wifi in the left panel
    •  Click Advanced on the lower right side of the page and select Wi-Fi again.
    • Select csu-net and click the minus (-) button at the bottom of the panel
    • Click Ok and try connecting again
  • Turn off your Wi-Fi and restart your device
    • When it restarts, turn on your Wi-Fi and try connecting again
