If an HDS employee needs the ability to edit and create PDFs we are able to give them the install for the full version of Adobe Acrobat DC on a need basis. Once Adobe Acrobat DC is installed and the user is added to the correct user group by HDS CPAS, the user will need to log in.


Here are the instructions to log in:


1.Open the start menu in the bottom left and open "Adobe Acrobat DC"

2.The sign in will pop up automatically or you can click "sign in" in the top right


3.Sign in with you "first.last@colostate.edu" as shown and click continue

4.Click "Company or School Account"

5.You will be direct to an netID login page, login with your netID and password


6.You will now be allowed to use the full "Adobe Acrobat DC"
