Before taking any HDS equipment to use to work from home, please talk with your supervisor for permission


  1. You will need to fill out our equipment checkout form at this link: https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form/806532c5c2334d4ab52f1738ca36d1bc
  2. Before shutting down your computer, verify with Tech Services (970-491-4734) that Pulse Secure is setup on your computer and has the connections you need ready for use!
  3. You will take the equipment you have signed out home and set it up, if you need help taking down the equipment call HDS Technology Services at 970-491-4734 for assistance.
  4. Once you have setup your desktop and equipment at home you will log into your computer and log into Pulse Secure (Click here for instructions)
  5. Once you are logged into Pulse Secure, you should be able to use your desktop just as you did at work.
