Here are some tips for best experience in HDS Meeting Rooms with Mounted Camera
Rooms currently with a Logitech System are: Palmer 2 and Alpine Meeting Room
Rooms with a Teams Room Camera are: Palmer 3 and HSC 2
Equipment Needed:
- Nothing extra, all of it is in the room
- If this is your first time using the room, you may need to install Teams on your login (no Tech approval needed for installation of Teams)
- You can get it from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-teams/download-app
- or Google, Microsoft Teams Installer and click on the microsoft.com link
Optional Needs:

Second computer
- If you want to share your screen/presentation to the meeting
Tech Steps for a better Meeting:
- Place Speaker/Microphone in center of table (the Meeting Owl is already there)
- Start the Teams meeting on the in room computer sign in as yourself
- Adjust the camera to see all the participates in the room (the Meeting Owl will do this automatically)

Then open the meeting on your laptop and click Join
- Then Add device to meeting (Transferring will close the meeting on the in room computer)
- Allow remote attendees a little extra time to respond, as their video may be delayed
