Some locations on campus and in resident halls do not have the best cell phone reception. In these cases, we recommend turning on wifi calling on your cell phone.
Instructions on how to setup WiFi calling:
iPhone

On your iPhone, go to Settings
> Cellular.
If your iPhone has Dual SIM, choose a line (below Cellular Plans).
Tap Wi-Fi Calling, then turn on Wi-Fi Calling on This iPhone.
Enter or confirm your address for emergency services.
Android
Android device settings can vary depending on the phone manufacturer. Please consult your phone manufacturer's website for specific instructions for your model of phone.
