Migrating PST File to Office 365 – Step by Step
- Disconnect PST File from outlook account
- Choose a folder in their outlook to put pst files in (creating one is recommended)
- Click File in the top left
- Click Open & Export
- Click Import/Export
- Choose “import from another program or file” then click next
- Choose “Outlook Data File(.pst)” then click next
- Click Browse and find their pst file, select “replace duplicates with items imported”, then click next
- Make sure “include subfolders” is checked, select “import items into the current folder”, then click finish
- The folder should now contain all items in the pst file
